1. Make sure to open your wallet a few hours before the appointment time. 3 to 4 hours is ideal. Leave the wallet open for a few minutes until your context is received in desktop, or a green dot appears in the window in mobile.

2. After the puzzle was successfully completed, you can close the window until you receive your confirmation, but make sure to come back to check for the confirmation no later than 2 hours after the appointment. we recommend to check for confirmation after 1 hour and a half. If you wait more than 3 hours, a bug might cause the appointment to reset.
